How is the rental price
for my property calculated?

Absolutely. The rental rates for each property we list are tailored to the specific characteristics of its location and its unique selling points. Rental rates also vary according to the French school holiday calendar. Our local experts are familiar with market rates and guarantee that the rental rate for your luxury property in Saint-Tropez will be as close as possible to the market rate.

Rentals are preferably on a weekly basis; however, during certain off-peak periods and in a few exceptional cases, it may be possible to make an exception to this rule. But this is still rare, particularly as rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

Prestige Gestion has built its reputation through its specialisation in high-end property lettings. As we wish to continue along these lines, we do not offer discounts on the properties we let. Ensuring our clients enjoy a high-end stay and service is of the utmost importance. On occasion, we may make exceptions to the letting price for a week’s holiday, but this will always be done in agreement with the owner.

All our properties for rent are available online as soon as they are ready to let.

Are the tenancy agreements with
Prestige Gestion exclusive?

Prestige Gestion places great importance on exclusivity. Due to our high-end management model, we do not allow our clients to work with other agencies. We favour the exclusive management of each property, with a strict positioning tailored to a specific clientele. Furthermore, a commitment to Prestige Gestion is a long-term one, lasting at least one year.

Prestige Gestion offers its tenants top-of-the-range services to ensure a high-quality stay. All linen is provided (bed and bath), and we work with a laundry service that guarantees its quality.

We also offer services to make our tenants’ daily lives easier, such as childcare and pet-sitting services, as well as private chefs. As our clientele is international, we ensure that all our service providers can communicate with them in English.

WHAT SERVICES DOES PRESTIGE GESTION OFFER
TO PROPERTY OWNERS?

The contracts offered by Prestige Gestion to property owners provide the same services as those offered to tenants. We have introduced a flat-rate package for property owners, which includes the provision of linen and end-of-stay cleaning whilst your property is occupied by our guests. We have also set up activity planning and concierge services, which additionally cover the management of urgent repairs to fixtures and fittings.

Regarding the owner’s package, your property will be prepared in the same way as it would be for a guest when you are staying there, and you will benefit from all our concierge and support services.
