How is the rental
price of my property defined ?

How are rental priced defined and are they adapted to each property ?

Absolutely, the prices of each property that we manage are adapted to the specificities of its location as well as its assets. Property prices also fluctuate depending on the French holiday calendar. Our local experts are aware of the market prices and guarantee you the rental price as close as possible to the maket price for your property in the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

Are rentals only by the week, or for shorter periods too ?

Preferably, rentals are by the week, however, during certain off-season periods and with some exceptions, it may be possible to derogate from this rule. But this is still rare, especialy since rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

Do you display a minimum pricing policy, under which you won’t rent ?

The identity of Prestige Gestion has been built by its positioning in the rental of high-end properties. Wishing to continue on this path, we do not apply discounts on rented properties. Guaranteeing a stay and a top of the range service to our customers is essential. Sometimes we can make exceptions on the rental price of the property, but this will always be done in agreement with the owner.

How far in advance are the properties put up for rental ?

All of our properties are available for rent as soon as they are ready.

Are rental contracts
at Prestige Gestion exclusive ?

Do you ask for exclusivity on rental management ? If so, do you have a minimum of rental weeks per year ?

Prestige Gestion makes a point of honor on the question of exclusivity. Due to our high-end business model, we do not make it feasable for our clients to collaborate with other agencies. We promote a unique management of each property, allowing us to adapt to a very specific client base. In addition, the commitment at Prestige Gestion is long-term, at least one year.

What services are offered at Prestige Gestion ?

Prestige Gestion offers its tenants high-end services to ensure a high quality stay. All linen is provided (bedding and bath), we work with a laundry service that guarantees a high quality maintenance. We also offer services that facilitate the daily life of our tenants, such as childcare and pet care services, as well as private chefs, yoga instructors, etc. As our clientele is international, we ensure that each of our service providers can communicate with them in english.

Are the services provided to landlords the same as for tenants ?

The contracts provided by Prestige Gestion for landlords confer the same services as for tenants. We have established a package for owners including the supply of linen and end-of-stay cleaning as part of the occupancy of your accomodation by our customers. We have also set up activity planning and concierge services that also manage urgent equipment repairs.

Regarding the owner package, your accomodation will be prepared in the same way as for a tenant, in order for you to enjoy your stay. For an amount of 200€ VAT included, you will benefit from all our concierge and support services.

What is the duration of a rental management contract and what are the termination conditions ?

What is the duration of a rental agreement with Prestige Gestion and are there any termination terms if we are not satisfied with it ?

Even after entrusting the rental of your property to Prestige Gestion, it is still possible to go back on your choice and terminate your contract. At Prestige Gestion, management mandates are drawn up for a minium period of 1 year and up to 10 years.

Management status and specific regime

An exclusive management mandate is concluded between the owners of the property and the agency Prestige Gestion. We determine together the rental conditions of the property (pricing list). We draw up an inventory that will be signed by the tenants when entering the premises, in order to protect the property from possible damage caused during the rental week.
